静岡県内だけでチェーン展開することが、全国的に評判のハンバーグのお店に伺いました。まず度肝を抜かれたのが、其の人気ぶり。お店に到着すると、人数を聞かれたあと、整理券を渡され、整理券のＱＲコードのサイトから指示があるまで、車で待てとの事。ほぼ２時間待って店内でスタッフに伺うと、菊川店が発祥の地だが、チェーン店のなかではこれでも空いている方とのこと。訪れるお客様も至って慣れたご様子。オススメを一通り伺ってゲンコツハンバーグとおにぎりハンバーグのセットとカンパイドリンクを注文。目の前で最後の焼きを加えらたハンバーグは、明らかに普通のハンバーグと違い、噛みごたえが有り赤身のステーキのよう。脂が少なく味の濃いお肉は絶品で人気の訳が解ります。関東にも是非展開して欲しいお店です、出来ればEPARK対応で。I have visit famous hamburger stake restaurant that only franchises in SHIZUOKA prefecture. First thing you will notice is the length of waiting line. I got waiting ticket with QR code which lead to the web site to notice how many persons are waiting in front of me, and estimated time to time to get table ready. It says approx two hours to wait, and indicated to wait in the car until getting close to my turn. After long time while, I got my table and ordered GENKOTSU and ONIGIRI hamburger stake set menu following recommendation of restaurant stuff. I would say it is nice and less fatty style hamburger stake which I like. I wish they expand franchises to other prefecture. 念願の初トライ
