香川といえばうどんということで、ベタですが駅近で検索してこちらのセルフのお店にしました。 14時近いということもあり並ばずすぐに注文できました。 肉釜玉(小)は5分ほど待たなければいけないと言われましたが急いでいなかったので精算して待機。 出来立て熱々もちもちのうどんに出汁醤油をまわしかけていただきます。 もう至福の風味と食感でゆっくり食べようと思っていたにもかかわらず即完食。 またぜひ来たいです(^^) Great example of local specialty udon noodles. Close proximity to the main station means you could duck in for a quick bite before your train departs. It’s a self serve restaurant which means you order the type of noodle from the picture menu and select the size which goes small/large/extra large (小・大・特) and then pike on the free condiments in front of the noodle chef then move along to get some extra fried goodies of you wish (these are extra). You then get to the cashier where you pay then sit down for your meal. If you’re unsure which one to get, go for the “kake” of plain noodle on soup option かけ. Slurp away and enjoy the wonderful texture and flavours. Make sure to take your tray and bowl etc back to the return bay at the end of the kitchen for good manners.
