All of the matcha we serve is made with carefully selected hand-picked organic matcha tea leaves from a Kyoto Uji tea manufacturing wholesaler founded in 1751. The concept is for you to enjoy matcha, which is carefully brewed one cup at a time for each order. We also have the same commitment to sweets, and use organic ingredients as much as possible to provide gluten-free sweets. The combination of matcha and sweets is exquisite, and in addition to enjoying real matcha and carefully selected delicious sweets, we also offer afternoon tea sets, cocktails and champagne made with matcha.
