上野駅で乗り換え中に気になって立ち寄ったカヌレ専門店。 駅ナカスイーツのレベルを超えていました。 外側はカリッと香ばしく、中はとろっとした半熟感のある食感で、一般的な“しっかり固め”のカヌレとはかなり違います。焼き立て感が強く、ラムの香りも上品で食べやすいです。 上野店限定のパンダ仕様も可愛く、観光客やインバウンドのお土産需要にもかなり強そう。エキュート上野のおやつパーク内にあり、新幹線や移動前につい買いたくなる危険なお店でした。 This canelé shop inside Ueno Station is surprisingly high quality. The outside is crispy while the inside is creamy and soft, almost like custard. Much fresher and lighter than traditional dense canelés. The panda-themed Ueno exclusive items are also great for souvenirs and tourists. Perfect sweet stop before getting on the Shinkansen.
