昭和6年創業、銀座で炭火の焼き鳥を続けてきた小さな店です。 店内はカウンター中心で、炭の火加減と焼きの流れを大切にしながら、コース料理を順にご提供しております。 目の前で焼き上がる串、燗酒、名物のドライカレーまで含め、ひとつの流れとして楽しんでいただく営業スタイルです。 華美な演出をした静かな会席店ではなく、炭の香り、焼きたての熱、会話のある銀座の夜の空気も含めて味わっていただく店です。 創業以来、仕事帰りの方々が気持ちをほどきに立ち寄る場でもあり、時間帯によっては店内が少し賑やかになることもございますが、できる限り心地よくお過ごしいただけるよう努めております。 単品中心や短時間でのお食事よりも、焼き上がりに合わせて順に味わう時間を楽しんでくださるお客様に向いた店です。 店内は全席禁煙、現金はご利用いただけず、キャッシュレス決済のみとなります。 ご予約は就学児童から承ります。就学児童のお客様には、お食事の量に応じて小さめのコースをご用意しております。 未就学児童のご来店はご遠慮願います。 日本在住のお客様は、お電話またはインターネットよりご予約ください。 For guests visiting Japan from overseas, we kindly request that all reservations be arranged through the concierge of your hotel.
