Once mixed well, the rich soy-based sauce blends with the punchy spice of the miso, while the crunchy onions add freshness and balance. It’s slightly on the junky side but surprisingly well-rounded, making it hard to stop eating. Adding vinegar or chili oil halfway through takes it to another level.
