Had lunch here at Hatsuhana soba noodle place. The tempura was right out of the pan, was crispy enough and tasty. The amount of the soba noodle was (much) less than expected, but the combination of the tempura n the noodle makes it decent and filling. The noodle was cooked in al dente side, they do not stick to each other. The dipping sauce was splendid and just right. It was not too sweet, not too salty and I like it most. My overall rating for the noodle restaurant was 4 out of 5.
