This hot spring hotel is quite good. The room is large and comfortable, and the outdoor hot spring is facing the sea, which is pretty nice.
The served dinner got eleven courses, from sashimi, cold dishes, deep fried items , shabu shabu, hot steam rice to dessert, lots varieties. And the servants can speak English or mandarin, which is quite helpful.
The taste of the dinner is not bad, it is ok. The most memorable item would be the fish shabu shabu, the fish is tender and rather tasty. The fish head in soy sauce got a big portion, it has a rich and sweet soy sauce flavor, and it is not too salty, it goes pretty well with the rice. The grill fish is ok, the fish meat is not too dry, it is rather firm with a tint of sweet miso taste.
However, the sashimi is not the fresh as what I had in the fish market. And The egg custard is served warm and not hot, I would only considered that would be standard hot spring hotel meal.
