日本茶巡りが今回の旅行のテーマ。丁度新品種のつゆひかりのプロモーションで製茶屋さんがスイーツ付きでお茶を入れていただけるサービス期間でしたので伺いました。つゆひかりは渋みが少なく濃い緑で新芽を摘んで天ぷらにすると美味しいそうで、茶摘み体験をさせていただきました。（奇しくも伺ったのは八十八夜当日）ご主人のお話では、近年欧州を中心に輸出も多く手掛けておられるそう。日本の食の品質と競争力の高さは、実感済なので、必ず益々繁盛するでしょう。I have visit this cafe operated by the farmer and producer of Japanese green tea. They are doing promotion event for the new variety and brand of green tea called TSUYUHIKARI. I feel it is sweeter and has deeper green color compare to the conventional green tea brand. I imagine it will lead good success for the foreign distributor who is seeking green tea for their requirement such as to use for the ingredient of sweets or adding green tea flavor to dishes at restaurant.They allow us to try harvest of some green tea leaves from their farm. They recommended us to try TEMPRA by using freshly harvest green tea leaves of TSUYUHIKARI. #日本茶巡りで伺いました
