お客様行き付けの日本料理店に招待されました。 この地域では、美味しいそうです。刺身のクオリティが高いですね 鮮度管理している日本人調理師いますので、安心だとか... こういう店は、貴重ですね。 こんな僻地で、和食いただけますので、感謝します。
マニラのマカティエリアのgreenbelt2の一階にあります。スタッフも着物きており、店内には提灯、カウンターには板前さんもいます❗ オーダーは、鉄火丼450ペソ、野菜天ぷら盛り合わせ180ペソ、サンミュゲルプレミアム170ペソ、計800ペソ、約1800円なり。 マグロのレベルはまあ普通に美味しいかなと言う感じ。でもシャリはいいですね。こちらの和食屋はご飯が美味しいお店が多いかも❗ そして天ぷら。一部分衣が厚目の所もあるが、サクサクで美味しい。これは結構いけます❗ なかなか良い和食屋です❗
【フィリピン巡り 8軒目】 For the first time visit. This is one of Japanese restaurant along Maginhawa St. There are some Japanese restaurants in this area. We ordered all of "Sushi” menu, becouse we've got cocky. Haha. Ordered Foods ・Spicy Hayama hand roll ・California roll ・Crispy California roll ・Tekka maki(鉄火巻き) ・Orverload roll(オーバー積載巻き) ・Crazy roll(夢中巻き) ・Ebi tempura(海老天ぷら) They have interesting unique names. Spicy Hayama hand roll was so spicy. And their rice tastes like real Japanese "Sumeshi". good job. try once! #夏休みキャンペーン #フィリピン #ケソンシティ
マニラのロックウェルで刺身が食べられます。やはり味は日本のものより落ちますが、マニラでは良いほうかと。定食があって小鉢もでてくるのが落ち着きます。
マギンハワ通りの正統派日本食屋さん再訪 イカとウニががかなり際どかった… 物流がなかなか難しいんでしょうね 他はすべからく旨い オーナーはジャパニーズですよ This is a authentic Japanese restaurant located along Maginhawa St. and the second time I visited there. Cuttlefish and sea urchin were quite a little… Haha. Other dishes were genuine Japanese food and tasty. The owner of this restaurant is Japanese and his daughter is working here.
【フィリピン巡り 14軒目】 初訪問 現地で人気の日本食レストランです その名もsoru Izakaya（笑） このお店では新鮮なお刺身や一風変わった炙り寿司、カリフォルニアロールなどを食べることができます(^^) しかも嬉しいことに日本酒とワインが置いてます٩( 'ω' )و 注文した料理 ・刺身盛合せ ・広島巻き ・ウニ巻き ・炙り盛合せ 飲み物 ・白鹿 吟醸 生貯蔵 ・ヘントセン ・ジン&グミ 炙り寿司がかなり独特でした お寿司の上にマヨネーズや緑色のソースやフィリピン風のバーベキューソースみたいなのがかけてあってめちゃカラフルです(。-∀-) 味はわりといけます(^^) フィリピン化されたお寿司です（笑） 日本酒はほんまに飲みたい純米酒が置いてるわけではないですが、今はこれでも嬉しい（笑） ヘントセンはアセロラみたいな味でジン&グミはそのままグミ味のジンでした(^^) 気になるお会計は1人1100ペソ程度(約2500円くらい) まぁまぁ高い(。-∀-) ケソンに立ち寄った際は是非(^^) First time visit. This is Japanese restaurant. We can eat sushi, sashimi, ramen and yakitori..etc. What's more, this restaurant serves some wine and Japanese Sake!! Fantastic!! I was finally able to find the restaurant I sought for. Ordered menu ・Sashimi Moriawase ・Hiroshima Maki ・Uni Maki ・Aburi Moriawase Drink ・Hakushika Ginzo Namachozo ・Hentosen ・Jin and Gumi Taste of sashimi was fresh and tasty. And Aburi looked weird at first, because they were very colorful and some sauce which I've never seen before was put on them. But the taste was not bad. I think this food was Filipinized sushi in terms of taste. Finally, we drunk Japanese sake. Long time no see & taste!! Haha!! I was glad to drink it after a long time. I wish "pure rice sake" is served by most Japanese restaurants in the Philippines. #フィリピン #ケソンシティ
