
I went to dinner at this Teppanyaki restaurant a few nights ago. I ordered the Lake Toya course that night. The course includes Amuse, Hokkaido Scallop Fruit cherry Tomato flavoured with Thyme Mashed Hokkaido Potatoes, Smoked and Teppan fried Codfish Sauteed small Turnip Hokkaido Onion, Brown Butter and "Ponzu" citrus soy sauce, Teppan grilled Vegetables, Marbled "Wagyu" Beef steak Tenderloin and Sirloin and Garlic fried rice. Although it’s not the best Teppanyaki meal I have ever had, it’s still pretty tasty. The vegetables were really fresh and the quality of wagyu beef was good too. #洞爺湖 #アウトオブアフリカ #鉄板焼
