
ほうとう、というものを初めていただきました。名古屋のきしめんと味噌煮込みうどんを足して2で割った感じ。というのが最初の感想。純日本風なので、海外のお客さんも沢山いらっしゃいました。This is my very first time to try HOUTOU which is quite popular and traditional dish in this area. I would say it is like combination of KISHIMEN and MISONIKOMIUDON in Nagoya area.You can enjoy fantastic view of japanese traditional village at there. It seems quite popular to foreign visitors. If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji from there. #美味しいほうとうと美しい景色
