僕にとっての蕎麦の原点がこのお店です。子供の頃両親に連れられて長蛇の列に列んだあと、上品に出てくるセイロは当時の他のお蕎麦屋さんでいただけるお蕎麦の質を圧倒的に凌駕していて、数時間並んでも食べたい唯一無二の存在だった記憶が有ります。今は、いろいろと美味しいお蕎麦屋さんも増える中、質を保っている上お料理の種類も増えていて、老舗の意地を感じます。This is the best Soba restaurant for me in terms of the quality of Soba itself. When I was a child, I remember that my parents took me to this Soba restaurant and followed a long waiting line like a couple of hours. Then the quality of Soba was far beyond that of others at that time and it was the only the restaurant which worth long que. Now, there are a lot of nice Soba restaurant all over the place but I feel they keep best quality and I like this Soba restaurant even recent situation. やっぱり美味しいお蕎麦屋さん
